Prepare Cards to Mail
Check your cards for these common issues before sending them:
- Dark card bases without light color liners (if you use dark card bases, white or light color liners are needed)
- Embellishments falling off (not enough adhesive)
- Card fronts (no card base) or fancy-fold
- Cards with nowhere to write
- Inappropriate themes (get well soon, feel better, religious, etc.)
- Flimsy card bases (copier paper or lightweight patterned paper)
- Handmade envelopes with no adhesive
- No handwritten messages (only use stamps on the outside)
- Review cardmaking guidelines
Packing cards:
Packing slips- Please be sure to enclose a completed Packing Slip, so we can let you know they arrived safely and you can get credit for your donations.
Packed securely-bubble packs, manila envelopes and boxes are all fine ways to ship.
